Website Packages

How do I know which package to choose?

If you aren’t sure which package suits you, get in touch or book a free consultation call with us. We can help you figure out what will work best, or even create a completely bespoke package if needed.

Where can I find out more about the contents of each package?

Our website services page gives an overview of what to expect from our packages. If you need more precise details about any of the packages, or want to confirm the exact contents, get in touch with us.

I only need a 2-page website, but it needs to take payments, so the packages don’t work for me.

Our packages are a great starting point and fit most businesses, but we are experienced enough to know that they don’t work for everyone. As an independent agency, we can always be flexible and adapt to each client, so if the usual packages don’t quite fit you, we can make you one that does.

Your packages don’t include hosting and domain names like some other web agencies I’ve looked at, why?

As a rule, we think it’s best you control the domain and hosting for your website yourself. This gives you the peace of mind that you’ll always be able to manage your website, even if you can’t get in touch with us for any reason.

How do I know which hosting or domain to buy? And which is the best place to buy from?

Once we start work on your project, we’ll be able to advise you on the best options, considering your budget, the technical needs of your site and ease of management. We’ve partnered with Siteground and recommend their WordPress hosting for most small business websites.

One Page Packages

I can’t decide which package is best for me, how do I choose?

All our One Page packages get you the same website, the main difference is how much support you get throughout the year. If you are confident with computers, and find editing your social media or putting together a presentation a breeze, then you’ll find updating your website pretty easy. We’ve put together written guides and videos on how to do common tasks, so if you do get stuck, they will probably have the answer.

If you are a bit nervous about making edits yourself, or just don’t have the time to work on your website regularly, then the Plus and Ultimate packages include time for reviews, edits and updates throughout the year.

Can I use my One-Page site to take payments and make online sales?

Yes and no. It’s not possible to set up eCommerce or payments within the One-Page packages as this can be quite complex and would add a significant amount to the monthly instalments.

What happens if I cancel my Direct Debit for my site? Can I get a refund of my payments?

If you wish to cancel your plan, please let us know in writing as soon as possible.

Our One-Page packages are sold as a 1-year contract, so by signing up you agree to make the plan payment every month for 12 months. If you cancel your Direct Debit or it fails, we will contact you to collect the outstanding payments.

Consultancy

Can you come to my office and work with my team?

Yes! We’ve worked with businesses across the country and are happy to visit you in person if that’s the best option.

Training

Do your handover training sessions cover coding?

No. All of our packaged websites use a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor, so it’s more like working on an email or Word document than code. You don’t need any special tech skills.

I’m not a tech person so I feel really nervous about managing my website myself.

We want you to feel comfortable about the day-to-day running of your website, but we aren’t expecting you to spend hours hunched over a keyboard.

General

Do you work with websites on any platform?

To be honest, it depends. We think WordPress is the best platform for most businesses, as it is cost-effective, user-friendly and super flexible.

I have a strict budget, how can I ensure my project doesn’t go over it?

That’s no problem. All our packages have a fixed starting rate and include everything you need to get your site sorted.

What do I need to get ready before I start work on my website?

In theory, we can start work with just an idea. Our first step in every project is a scoping call to determine your real-world goals.
